At PHR Security we pride ourselves in providing you with exceptional levels of customer service which extends to our returns policy. We endeavour to make every effort to fulfil valid requests for returns and will refund authorised returns as promptly as possible.
However, please do not return any stock to us without first contacting us to discuss the return of your unwanted items. No returned goods will be accepted without our previous authorisation.
This policy only covers stock items that are purchased online using our shopping cart system. It does not cover returns for sales made through other means (e.g. telephone orders).
Should you wish to return any unwanted orders, please contact us in writing with the following details:
- Your contact details (Name, address, email, telephone number)
- What you would like to return
- Date of purchase
- An acceptable reason for returning the product(s)
- Our order number or invoice number
Our customers are entitled to a 15 day cancellation right. Therefore, any incorrectly ordered or unwanted items can be returned to us for a full refund. You must inform PHR Security if you require to return the goods within 15 days of receiving your delivery, you then have a further 15 days to return the products after informing us. The goods must be unused and suitable for resale. This excludes any specially supplied goods that aren't a normal stock item.
We do not accept partial returns for multi-buy discounted items.
We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible.
Breakages
If you receive damaged goods we will need a picture or video of the damages for proof. Once we have received the picture and the "Terms for Returns" have been fulfiled, we will have replacments sent out or we will issue you a refund. Please email the pictures to online-sales@phrsecurity.co.uk.
The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify us via email within 15 days if they deem the goods be faulty or damaged. If the customer fails to notify us within 15 days of delivery that their goods are broken or faulty, the conditions are that the customer has accepted the goods. We cannot accept any claims for faulty or broken goods more than 15 days after delivery.
PHR Security may choose to refund any damages rather than issuing replacements if sending replacements is not feasible. We will endeavour to offer replacements in most situations.
Terms For Returns
The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify PHR Security within 14 days should the goods be faulty or damaged. PHR Security will take responsibility for recovering any goods that are agreed to be faulty or damaged.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return any incorrectly ordered items. PHR Security will take no responsibility for the collection of the goods.
PHR Security may choose to refund any damages rather than issuing replacements if sending replacements is not feasible. We will endeavour to offer replacements in most situations.
Please note, it is at the discretion of PHR Security wether a credit or replacement should be issued.
Please note we cannot accept returns on made to order or specially supplied goods.
PHR Security will operate within the Distance Selling Regulations 2016/2017. Customers have the right to cancel their order up to 14 days after the day they receive delivery of their goods, providing they do so in writing to PHR Security. The purchaser has a statutory duty to take good care of the goods during this 14 day cancellation period and to return the goods to PHR Security. All costs incurred from the return of goods will be met by the customer. Should PHR Security collect the goods, these costs will be passed on to the customer.
